City of Bartlett Online Services

Welcome to the City of Bartlett Online Services portal.

Please note, that the City of Bartlett collects only the Current 2011 Year outstanding Tax Bills. Any 2010 and prior year bills with an outstanding balance have been turned over for collection to the Shelby County Trustee's office. All prior year balances must be verified with the Shelby County Trustee and paid to the Trustee's office. Please find the Trustee's link below.

Online tax payment is only available for current 2011 taxes and can be made via credit card or E-check.

An On-line Payment Convenience Fee will be charged by the third party on-line processor

• 3% convenience fee for a credit card payment
• $0.50 convenience fee for an Echeck payment

The 2011 Tax year bills are due February 29, 2012 to avoid added penalties and interest.
